In my opinion, the most stressful times are related to meeting deadlines to finish a research project in time or when students rush for submission before each term's deadline.
Studies has shown that there is an optimum level of stress which improves the performance. However, When stress is perceived as unmanageable, it results in a gradual drastic decrease in performance level, causing a decline in productivity.

Yes, doing light yoga, meditation, listening songs and walking around is good to relieve some stress
