When I see my students are in the upstairs, I get the escalation , the message from GOD, the noble notification from inside : I am success. Definitely I forget all of my failures. I think all the teachers of the world are in the same feelings?

I am in agreement with your observation, that spiritual science, in terms of a divine dimension, is always involved in such developmental processes.
It is a feeling of joy as well as one of fulfillment when students succeed at their work. Sometimes, such success may come at the expense of "making a lot of noise" to get an extension on a deadline or maligning a teacher's work to cover up for missed classes or late coming. In these instances, while you are glad that students succeed, you ponder whether students will adopt these kinds of attitudes in their lives about being successful and then all you can do is pray and hope that along the way, they understand what success is about: hard work and dedication.

If someone is close to me ,( may be student or colleague) it gives me immense pleasure and sense of honour when gets success. When you feel any person very close to heart and who gives you cheers and happiness in turn then it's great matter of pride and say before others that this person is my student/ colleague. I care and feel happy who is close by heart.

Feel very proud when my students achieved any level of sucess. It does not matter whether the acheivement is small or big.
When I mentor an individual with a great concept but little writing experience, I love to see them learn! The best thing is that their delight seeing a final product after the growing pains. I love it. It is the best thing to see someone grow and succeed with a little push from me.
I am feeling very glad and happy when I see my students and fellows achieve successes and become successful persons.
