What are the suitable blocking and fixation (inactive) buffer composition for bacterial flow cytometry analysis?

I am going to use flow cytometry to analyze the bacterial surface protein.

Does anyone know about the best blocking and the fixation buffer ingredient for bacterial on this experiment?

Never realised it was possible to analyse bacteria by flow but came across this which may help.
