Thank you for your answer to my question Yann Godet, Through COSMIC we can observe that the frequency of mutations are to be considered to get a top marker. Still searching on this field.

Apart from MYC, p53 and a host of kinases, I would expect phosphatases to be mutated from the various reviews I have gone through.

Acabo de darme cuenta de tu pregunta y disculpa por el retraso en opinar. En cuanto a los oncogenes mutados en HCC, los dos mas frequentes (mas del 10% de los casos) son TP53 (16% de los casos) y CTNNB1 (13.5%). Por otro lado, existen varios mostrando amplifficacion:

Ahora bien, hay que tomar en cuenta que este escenario es diferente al que despues evoluciono este foro, la trancision del acarreador viral cronico a cancer. Es muy posible que las mutaciones originales hayan ya sido diluidas en estos pacientes con HCC.
Si es posible quisiera conocer mas acerca de tu proyecto ya que nuestro grupo estara por iniciar una linea de investigacion desde factores de riesgo para HCC hasta pacientes tratados que presentan recurrencia.

Estimado Humberto Lara-Guerra, muchas gracias por tu importante comentario que contribuye al aporte en este foro. P53 y CTNNB1 han sido estudiados en pacientes con HCC. Nuestro proyecto tiene como objetivo inicial encontrar las mutaciones en el exon 7 del P53, sin embargo consideramos que es necesario un mayor estudio con otros marcadores.
