Does anybody know a freely available data set on human pregnancy including gestation length (that is, gestational age of the fetus at birth) with repeated measures over women (that is, including all or at least multiple children of the same mother?).
I am interested in estimates of the magnitude of within- and between-mother variability in gestational length.

The magnitudes is very high. The North Thames database of 517,381 pregnancies demonstrates significant ethnic variation in preterm birth rates, with higher rates in black women. This is associated with an accelerated rate of maturity in the black fetus and neonate, with correspondingly lower gestation-specific neonatal mortality rates below 38 and higher at 38 weeks of gestation and Beyond.

Pregnancy in the African people lasts one week less. This is quite amazing and the doctors should we change our assistance protocols and differentiate them by ethnicity.

I am still interested in whether one can assess intraindividual differences, that is, how similar different pregnancies last for the same woman. Do you know of any research specifically targeting this within-person variability in pregnancies?

I unfortunately do not know of research about the inter-individual variation of length of gestation. Usually the differences will complain that the difficulty in accurately assess gestational age, but I think you could understand more by analyzing the data from patients undergoing assisted reproduction, in that case the gestational age is sure and individual. There are also variations in that case?
