The sexual drive in humans can only be moderated by ethical education to which belongs sexual education. Otherwise, the animal drive will always be stronger.
In general, comprehensive sex education goes beyond abstinence-only programs to provide teens with realistic information about sexual health, relationships, contraception, and decision-making skills.
Djaafar Zemali As long as that sex education tries the rational gateway only, it will fail; the control of the animal instinct (sex, aggression, etc.) is bound to conscious ethical behavior. Your query Bhawna Vijay does, imo, refer to the human problem of how to check the natural animal drive in humans and to convert it into a creative force of human existence, e.g. to use sexual energy for self improvement.
Overall, it is important to note that sexual desire is a complex interaction between biological, psychological, and social factors, and what works for one person may not work for another. Professional guidance from health care providers, therapists, or counselors may be helpful for individuals seeking to understand and manage their sex drive more effectively.
In my opinion to prevent teenage pregnancy, comprehensive sex education is crucial. This includes teaching about sexual health, relationships, and contraception. Ethical and conscious behavior, guided by proper education, helps teens manage their sexual drive. Professional guidance can also aid in understanding and controlling sexual desires effectively.
Am in support of Jane Elizabeth Thomas , with respect to sex education and human relationships. Good summary from Rohit Kumar ; comprehensive perspective from Djaafar Zemali
Thanks Rohit. Girls need to be told that men want sex regardless of any relationship so women have to offer sex to keep a man, which makes it difficult to negotiate for mutual respect. Boys need to be told that women will enthuse about sex to get a relationship and then stop offering sex once the baby arrives but by law get to pay maintenance payments for years.
