The problem that I would like to solve is that two identical versions of a publication are listed as distinct RG-items in my account, because they have slightly different titles. Is it possible to merge these two items, so that the reads and citations are added together? Thanks colleagues!
You have to make them identical by editing, then the two entries will merge automatically. See "How do I edit my research item's details?" in https://help.researchgate.net/hc/en-us/articles/14293081125777-Reviewing-editing-and-featuring-your-research for instructions. But there are a few conditions, e.g. that none of them should have a DOI. If this is not the case, delete the DOI and add it again after RG will have merged the entries.
