PHA-P is the PHA protein before the further purification of PHA-E and -L. In the other hand, PHA-M is the mucoprotein form. It's said that these two kind of PHA could active T cells by different pathway. So, when I try to stimulate PBMCs to produce IL-2, IL-17, IFN-g, which PHA is better?
