I am designing a PDMS micropump, and I am using COMSOL to perform the simulation process. I want to have clear useful references on this topic. One of the papers that I am studying is "Geometrical tuning of microdiffuser/nozzle for valveless micropumps". Do you have any better suggestions when it comes to geometrical design?
Here is a paper by Henry Chen and Michael P. Brenner
that suggests a triangular nozzle.

Go to comsol website there is some tutorial present on ufluidics, you will get some fundamental ideas which physics is used in microfluidics pump and then search from paper to design it because in most of papers they dont give total inside how they have designed it.
