Want to know about the info about the FC and ZFC behaviour of Co3O4 thin film?

i measured FC and ZFC curves of thin film Co3O4, i found in FC the Curve after and before doping an other element into Co3O4 remains same just shows a littel change in Neel Temperature. But for the ZFC the as deposited Co3O4 thin film shows different behaviour after doping some element and its like paramagnetic, what information i can conclude.
