I've been having some difficulties with my western blots, but this time, a new issue arose. Do you have any idea why I may be getting these vertical lines? Or if you have any other suggestions/comments about the blot that are not related to the vertical lines, I appreciate any advice you have!

Some information that might be relevant: Performed an SDS-PAGE with SDS running buffer (90V for ~3 hours), performed protein tank transfer with transfer buffer (which contains 0.1% SDS and methanol)(85V for 2 hours) onto a 0.2um PVDF membrane, blocked with 5% BSA in 1xTBST, primary antibody overnight at 4 degrees, washed for 10 minutes x5 with 1xTBST, secondary antibody 1.5 hours RT, washed for 10 minutes x5 with 1xTBST, developed with West Atto chemiluminescent substrate.
