Hi! TUJ1 and MAP2 are the best options, but I would recommend TUJ1 since is widely used.

Normally I use NeuN as a marker for mature neurons, but Tuj1 and MAP2 should be working fine too

For differentiating neurons, I use TUJ1 (beta-tubulin) and NAA 3A10 (Neurofilament Associated Antigen), both works well in my embryonic mice sections

For mature neurons, I use NeuN
