Hi!
I am trying to find the best way to block transient receptor potential channels (TRP channels).
Could anyone suggest a blocker targeting the largest number of subtypes?

For TRPC try BTP2 (also kown as pyr2)
For TRPV try ruthenium red.

Anything that can block TRP belonging to different families?
The point is that I don't know what type of channel is expressed in the cilium of MIN6 cells but I suspect it is not one of the voltage dependent.
Perhaps Rutheium Red would be OK, Besides TRPVs it also blocks TRPA!!!
