Hi,

Recently I am trying to stain oligodendrocytes with APC antibody in the mice spinal cord but I only see APC positive cells clearly in young mice below 90days age. Is that normal? I am wondering if fixation variations between mice to mice might cause this antibody to not work well. I will be happy if you are staining successfully oligodendrocytes please share your material and protocol for doing so.

Cheers,
