1. Preparation steps:
- Weigh 5 mg HPMC (Cat.No.: HY-A0104), add 1 mL purified water, and shake thoroughly until the solution is uniform, colorless and transparent (no particles remain);
- Add 1 μL Tween80, continue to shake and mix until the solution is uniform, colorless and transparent again.
2. Storage recommendations:
This solvent needs to be prepared and used immediately, and storage is not recommended.
It should be used to dissolve AZD-7648 (Cat.No.: HY-111783) immediately after preparation.
