I want to understand what are the contraindications and side effects caused in diabetic patients who are on chronic medication (Stillnox and Serdep in patients on Jalramet, Reaptan, Aspavor, Chela-fer and Myoprin) and suddenly take antidepressants (Serdep) and Stillnox. After a week of taking Stillnox as prescirbed, the patient experienced sudden rash all over the body (including legs and arms) and then consulted with the diabetic Doctor who then said that any tablet can cause a rash and prescribed Phenergan instead of Stillnox and a Aller/Len?E45 cream that was mixed by the Pharmacist for the patient.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.
