Tissue falling off slides?

I can't figure out why I'm losing my tissues after the first PBT wash. I'm using the Superfrost, charged slides and leaving them on a warm plate for about 15 min at 37C. Any advice would be much appreciated as my summer project is on hold until we can successfully stain these slides.
