Decreased LC3A/B output in Westerns with >MOI2 HSV-1?

Has anyone else run Westerns for LC3A/B with HSV-1 infections in human and mouse glial cells and seen little to no LC3A/B expression with viral MOI above 1? I used MOI 1, 2, and 5 a few times and noticed a large decrease with higher concentrations of the virus. I've been reading some papers on autophagy and it looks like there are some mixed results.
