Think that the reason is sulfhydration of the protein, how can confirm that?

Hello all,

I have noticed a shifting to low molecular weight band of protein by Western blotting after incubation with H2S donor (presence vs absence of H2S), I think that the reason is sulfhydration of the protein, how can confirm that?

Which technique will help? any suggestion?
