Please check that your growing conditions are similar to those reported for this cell line by the ATCC. I have included a picture (from ATCC) as file attachment that shows how they should look growing in low and high density.

thanks for your information.

The cells in the images look different like single cell suspension. I followed the ATCC culture condition which is quite simple with DMEM and 10% horse serum. I also tried adding MeEtOH but it didn't change.
