Hi all,
I will start a project dealing with photo activity labeling using a compound functionalized with both diazirine (for photo-crosslinking) and cyclopropene (for inverse Diels–Alder tetrazine cycloadditions ). I need to buy fluorogenic tetrazyne coniugates and I' m in doubt if choosing Hydrogen tetrazyne or Methyl Tetrazine. Methyl tetrazine is described to be more stable but less reactive. I found in litterture some studies on reactivity kinetics of TCO with different kinds of tetrazyne but I couldent find anything regarding cyclopropene. Have someone any experience on that?
Thank you,
Elisa
