Hi all,

I have tissue samples (lymph nodes) from mice, which constitutively express GFP in some cells (which I am not interested in). I usually fix and freeze the tissue in OCT. is there a way to completely bleach existing GFP (and mCherry for future use) fluorescence in tissue, before staining (either before or after sectioning)? The aim is to have more variability for the actual staining and one more channel available.

Thanks in advance :)
