However, since you'll be using small amounts each time, it's difficult to frequently weigh out small amounts of powder for immediate preparation. Therefore, we recommend preparing a stock solution in DMSO and storing it in aliquots at -80°C to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Furthermore, a control should be included in each experiment. The prepared stock solution should be used within two weeks to one month. If the control activity decreases, further use is not recommended.
