I supposed - bovine up to 48h, pig up to 72h. But good criterion - fertilization and culture.

If  you are willing to achieve fertilization and consequent viable pregnancy the bovine survival time will be a maximum of  5-8 hours generally but if you are checking a gene expression in the oocytes(Mt gene expn) then it can survive upto 48 hours to 50 hours.

I agree with Aamir you can find the survival oocyte until 72hours post oocyte puncture . but the competency of oocyte is short

Do not exceed 24 hrs (based on oocyte's maturation status evaluation-maximum 48h) if you are planning IVF.

what about Parthenogenesis? could i go for it after 48 hour of maturation?

Dear Prakash, I want to clarify. 48 h for bovine include - period to M2 ( 16 - 32 h) plus the time of overeexposure in the medium prior to IVF or activation. I think that 48 h after M2, this is too much. Although the question itself interesting.
