Suitable vector for transfection of Theileria annulata cell line?

Dear Expert,

I want to express my gene of interest in Theileria annulata cell line. I have pcDNA3.1/myc-His(-) A vector. Is this possible to express that gene with this vector or I may choose any other? Also share the condition of that suggested vector.
