I'm doing Western Blot analysis to detect Glucose Transporter 1 (GLUT1) expression in lysates from mouse Dendritic Cells (obtained from bone marrow with GM-CSF, lysed with RIPA buffer) and lysates from HEK293t as positive control, but I can't detect any band in my blots. I'm using Glut1 (D3J3A) Rabbit mAb #12939 from Cell Signaling. My secondary antibody and beta-actin controls works well. I would really appreciate any help or suggestions. Thank you!

please look in my article "Placental and uterine expression of GLUT3, but not GLUT1, is related with serum progesterone levels during the first stages of pregnancy in queens" the protocol I used.
