I recently received the results of a fragment analysis run on a 3730xl capillary electrophoresis analyzer.

I needed to use ROX 500 as the ladder in order to be able to compare this new data with previously generated electropherograms. ROX 500 is detected under the PET channel and shows clear peaks. But as the sequencer was callibrated for the full dye set of 6FAM-VIC-NED-PET-LIZ, the PET channel is not listed as the last one, and so Geneois doesn't detect my ROX ladder.

Is there any way to fix this? Is it possible to remove the LIZ channel so that the PET one is recognized as the ladder?
