Could you provide more information? The type of stem cell will drastically change culture protocols. And I don't believe stem cells can be grown IN carbon nanotubes, but WITH them (or with CNTs inside stem cells)

It would be helpful if you could tell us the type of stem cells you are working with and the type of differentiation you hope to achieve, it would help us give you a better answer. Do you have a solid scaffold that includes CNTs?
