Hello everyone,

Has anyone successfully performed single strand PCR for sequencing? In essence, I have extracted a genome from a stable transfectant I created. But I'm not sure where the gene integrated. I imagine I could do single stranded PCR priming for the gene that I integrated and find the flanking regions from the genome, but I am not sure. If anyone could help me or direct me to a good protocol I would really appreciate it.
