Hi, I was running Western blot with exosome lysates (exosomes obtained from HUVECs) and probed them with CD63 primary antibodies. However, sometimes I'm getting bands around 27 kDa, while other times (mostly) around 60-67 kDa. I read that it has something to do with the glycosylation, but I'm not sure about it. Can anybody tell me why I'm getting different bands at different times, or what is the significance of it?
Thanks in advance.
