Hi,

I've been using nanodrop for a long time, however I ised it only for RNA/DNA concentration analysis.

In fact, there's a "protein" option in nanodrop that I have never used before, though one of my colleagues recently noted that they use it frequently. Actually what I heard about protein measure on nanodrop that even if every time you wash and wipe the analyser thoroughly, it is not recommended for protein measure because of "tiny protein layer" that stays every time and interferes with the output data...or smth like that (well, maybe that sound weird but that's what I heard like 8 years ago in western Europe :)). That's why I have never counted for nanodrop in my "protein business"

But now I am kinda lost. Can I use it after all? Or, maybe the good'ol Bradford is still better? (and btw, if yes, what Bradford kit would be the best solution in your opinion?)

Thanking you in advance!
