Sometimes it's tiresome to repeat the same work on a multiple occasions, but at the same time it perfects the output of the work. Sometimes I feel like irritated, but again try to motivate myself for the aforementioned. Please share your thoughts on it.

It is absolutely necessary to repeat your experiments several times with the appropriate controls. More over depending on the results, other complementary experiments have to be designed in order to corroborate your results and prove that it was not a reproducible artifact!
Its better for Repeating the research because its give you a chance to take more precise ,more accuracy, and avoid weakness not shown before.
Well, it all depends on what you are trying to get at !!! Normally experiments are designed and conducted based on a proposed /hypothesis , so if you want to get it right or otherwise then experiments and repetition would show the caveats ...

Research is conducted for different reasons: sometimes to FIND out new things, sometimes to AFFIRM previous findings, sometimes to COMPARE findings. Nothing bad reconducting your own research.
Research is on-going forever. There is always room for improvement on previous work done. Repeating such research is one of the ways to achieve this.
If I get you clearly, repeating the analysis....? To me, we should bear in mind that one can run erroneous work in million times. It is, therefore, a matter of quality control and never thousand times of repetitions. In research it is a scientific saying that "no control, no conclusion". I think you should involve quality control over that work. In fact, as a reviewer, if this is missed in a study for review, I won't hesitate to thrash it immediately. Repetition is not the same with quality control, the bottom line!
I want to redo my research with a bigger sampling and the use of the words Blind or Visually Impaired instead of Visually Disabled.
There is no integrated research, for this scientific research in the case of change and continuous development.
It depends on the type of research and how much time you have before publishing. If the field of research is highly competitive, usually you want your results out sooner, so you publish the results you trust and no need for repetition.
I the case is the opposite, then repetition is a good idea to improve the results.
