In recent past it has been observed that in most of the cases non-technical peoples are actually earning more than the white collar roles at the beginning of their career in different farms. Is it justified!!! Or just happened due to the lagging of technical skills in freshers.
Please share your thoughts on it.
It's always been the case. Supervisors get paid more.
You need to prove yourself (that you are good), so you may start low but advance to a higher pay scale if you deemed to be good.
This is the era of technology. More the technical skills you have more will be the prospect to get the job and higher salary.
Traditionally a manager gets paid more than the people they are managing. While everyone bought into this system when the work was non-technical and wasn’t knowledge work it made sense. Because the workers that the manager managed could be easily replaced but not everyone could be a great manager.
In case of non technical job , they remain versatile in their areas which call at initial stage the requirement of non technical personal to carry out the system of an organization which remains in pioneer code to run organization & in view of this non technical jobs are remunerated at a higher paid .
With this the function of technical jobs starts after completing the assignment of Non technical job .After this the function of technical job starts & their demand in work & quality both are required which call for the higher salary .
This is m y personal opinion
Technical person has to use technology to its best for maximum output where as non technical persons using technical persons to its best for maximum outcome. Main difference is beetween technology and person using technology
Job seekers often like to join jobs or follow others professionals to earn money. They often ignore some unusual jobs. These jobs are never on the priority list of most of the job seekers.
It may be due to less reputation, very long working hours, highly unstable income, absence of self satisfaction, no need of schooling or technical education, & prevalent myths in the society. But, these low profile jobs are amazing ways to make money
Managers are always more paid than technical personnel which sounds unfair but probably the key is that they have to extract maximum out of these skilled perssonel.
