I am working as pharmacist in a health care university in Punjab India and teaching pharmacy students of the university. I have also faced the interview which the teachers who are teaching with me in this university. Most of the teachers and people at some other designations have lower profile than me and even some have lower qualification than me, but they are getting summer winter vacation and double salary than me. I am bearing all this from last five years. I tried to change the job but in two other interviews by Punjab skill development mission same thing happened people having lower profile were selected. I am having 76 percent marks in MBA marketing and did M. Pharmacy from India,s top most university Delhi university. I put RTI and demanded vigilance enquirers. But nothing happened. Dear friends kindly suggest me what I should do , fight my case legally or accept the things as they are?

I was ONLY NET qualified candidate in the interview of one post of one University of West Bengal, India, where NET qualification was desirable. All other candidates were having far below academic qualifications than me.

I have qualified GPAT which is all India exam equivalent to net in pharmacy field. Most of my colleagues are even not GPAT qualified. Regulatory bodies like PCI and AICTE , UGC are just to collect Thier fees not role other role in education field.
Most of the colleges have higher degrees from Rajasthan and CMJ university in medical record management. Having a class job because his wife has done MBBS from Russia and is EMO in university with political approach. Even superintendent for vice chancellor has been selected without any application and any interview.

Unless you are a victim of nepotism, it will be helpful that you find the real reason why you are paid less, you may have better qualifications, but lower 'soft skills'.
Some times employers are not only looking for the best in paper qualification. They also want good communicators and excellent team players. Are you also good in these areas?
Yes sir @ Abubakar Bala I have very good communication skills I have been given additional subject in addition to technical subjects of my specialization. I am teaching Dosage form design , pharmaceutical and cosmetic formulation and evaluation. But also teaching Communication Skills and Computer Application in Pharmacy. Recently assigned I have assigned additional duty of Training and Placement of pharmacy students. Getting good results and respect from all my dear students. Most of the pharmacy persons cannot design Data base and such programs on computer I have given them practical training on my personal laptop as I am working in a government university who is having different ethics and norms for private institutions but no rules and regulations for self management. Want to write many more but sufficient for this time.
You might know that this life is done for hard work. God put bad people and bad situations in your life to show your good feelings and put them in actions.The other life is the rewards for that work. Fight injustice by spreading justice. Behave the way you are not the way they are.
It is a risk-benefit decision. Gauge the amount of time and effort for a gain in your present situation as is; The amount of time and effort to mount a campaign of change at your present site; vs. The same amount of time and effort of adding/developing new skills to move onto a new site.
The God I serve is a just God who abhors all kinds of injustice. He reprimands and visits disaster oppressors.
Do not play loose. Stand and fight for your right. God is on your side. If you keep mute over this, worse things will follow.
In most religious ideologies, man is encouraged to forebear injustice waiting and/or hoping for God's salvation. However, when injustice becomes a norm , resistance becomes a duty because injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere. Therefore, I completely agree with you in that we should fight against all forms of injustice which are going to thwart our movement towards our intended goals in life.
