Hello all! So, I'm planning to check if RhoA and Rheb activity changes in my experiments, and I'm a little confused on what to use...
For RhoA I've found cytoskeleton products, either the pulldown or the G-Lisa..given that they are both quite expensive, my key question is: How much protein lysate I have to use on these two kit? Is G-Lisa more "conservative" (i.e. less lysate) in this? And obviously, if there is someone who has used these kits and would share its experience...many thanks!
For Rheb, the only system that I've found is from NewEast Bioscience, using a configuration-specific antibody...Also in this case..how much lysate is needed? Is this ab so specific?
Many thanks for all the possible help!
