OK, so I am answering my own question here:

the easiest and cheapest way is to subculture the contaminated sample several times on MRS agar until you get just the species you want as a monoculture. Just use a tiny bit of a colony or broth to allow individual and well-separated colonies to form.

You can use many of antibiotics or effective compounds for this target, but I have to know what's the species and strain of your Lactobacillus culture that you have because many species and strains are resistant to some and sensitive to other, such as If we say it's Lactobacillus acidophilus, you can use MRS medium with adding paracetamol. Lactobacillus acidophilus is resistant to this compound but Enterococcus durans is sensitive to this compound.
