Yes, you can add your article to Zenoda Repository. You select the preprint option and upload your article.

Preprints are not regarded as publications but as preliminary versions of future publications. You may add unpublished papers to your list of publications, especially if they have been already accepted by a journal. In this case, add the title of the journal + "accepted". If submitted already, add "submitted to" + name of journal.
