I did sds page to determine the difference in protein expression between 3 types of vaccine , but i don't have scanner or densitometer available. . so i wonder if there is a software to analyze the sds page gel from photo taken by usual smart phone, or may be a software able to analyse different image format

You can use the imageJ software, it allows to analyze WB bands in different image format.

Yes, you can use ImageJ. Take a photo with your phone and email it to yourself, so you can put it into ImageJ without using a scanner.

Go for Imagej software. Convert your image to Tif format and edit it there.
