I am a master student, I need this strain for research purposes. Lactobacillus acidophilus [ minicells producing strain (Minicells are generally produced by aberrant cell divisions at chromosome-free polar ends of rod-shaped bacteria. Like their parent cells, minicells contain membranes, peptidoglycan, ribosomes, RNA, protein, and often plasmids but no chromosome)]
Best bet is somewhere like the ATCC ( (ATCC® 4356™ ) however I am unsure about its further properties for the minicells but you should get in touch with them to find out or they may put you in contact with someone who has them.
Other papers I have found are linked below and have information in their methods for the source of their cell lines, you can maybe ask them for a sample of the cell line or go to the same source as themselves, best of luck

Thanks Stephen Reynolds , I didn't find it at ATCC . It's available at the VTCC in the paper provided above, but they can't send it to my country, so l am looking for institute or company that can send it to me.

No problem Fagr, I have a feeling a cell line with those specifics will have to be sourced from other labs using it in research or acquiring the parent strain and pushing it towards minicell production if that is possible (unsure of the protocol if there is one even)
Id say your best bet if to reach out to other groups asking about it
