If we have three kind of fruit samples such as Fruit Pulp, Fruit Peel, and Fruit Juice.
which sample will be best to extract RNA for further Genetic study ?
Can use Fruit Juice as a sample to extract RNA ?if Yes, Than what is the protocol to extract RNA from Fruit juice?
So far as i know fruit pulp is best for RNA extraction. There is lot of RNA extraction protocol for fruits and same protocol is not applicable for all fruits. So which fruits RNA you want to extract? If you tell me then i can give you protocol according to your fruits.

Dear sir, RNA profile will be different in the peel and the pulp. RNA that you will get in peel you may not get in the pulp and vice versa. So first of all you have to design your work based on which RNA you need for your work. You need to study about the RNA of your interest, in which tissue it is expressed and in which stage of the fruit it is expressed.

I am interested to do RNA study in different development stages of fruit , main interest is to study about defense and metabolic study , so should select Peel or Pulp?
As i have selected Peel , because peel have cuticle wax which is the first barrier between environment and the fruit so thats why i am interested to study defense mechanism by using the peel as sample in different developmental stages ,
what you think about this idea?

Oo. That's a nice work. Bit if you are studying about the role of cuticle wax then what is the need of RNA isolation sir?

2. to study about RNAi mediated gene silencing of microbes in fruits?
