Dear all,

Drug resistance mutation EGFR T790M occurs after treating with first line EGFR-TKIs to lung cancer patients with activating mutation like L858R. I wonder that in the most of cases, two mutations are occurs in separate cells or double mutation within a single gene in the same cell.
