Hi, How can I design primers to obtain Deletion mutants by Site Directed Mutagenesis?

I have done site-directed mutagenesis (Substitution) to obtain a Cysteine mutation in my gene of interest. Now, I have two domains in my protein, And I want to delete one of the domains to obtain different deletion mutants. Can anyone explain how I can delete it?
