This looks like something is happening with your electrode. Try CV in the same potential range with the same scan rate and record several CV cycle in a single experiment.
I believe I have identified the cause of the last inflection point. In this test, I used pre-processed pure nickel foam in high-concentration KOH. Similarly, the inflection point occurred around -0.4A. My speculation is that the current density of the test is too high, exceeding the range of the electrochemical workstation, leading to the appearance of the inflection point.
