Dear Hassan Dawjee, if you have solid acrylamide I don't think it contains any inhibitor, and even so, repeated recrystallization from acetone is largely enough to eliminate impurities including hydroquinone.
You can not wash it with alkaline solution since it is a water soluble monomer. You may try liquid-liquid extraction. My Regards

We use liquid Acrylamide but solid Acrylamide also has the MEHQ inhibitor.
Which liquid-liquid extraction method do you recommend?
The only way i could find was to adsorb the MEHQ with activated carbon and filter the product thereafter. However, i was only able to filter out 100ppm no matter what amount of activated carbon i used.

Jazakallah once again but the use of Toluene on the plant is not allowed (safety and environmental concerns).
Presently, we are using the activated carbon but it takes an entire day to stir and filter 7T of Acrylamide.
