Hi everyone
If the thermal unfolding temperature of HSA protein after adding drug decreases what does it mean ? is it secondary or tertiary structure which destabilized by drug ? is it suggest about weakening of tertiary structure ?
Thank you
I have one x column and for that x I have 100 y columns as y1, y2, y3 and so on. How to plot colour map in origin?
