How to get surface plot of band diagram, i.e., frequency vs wavevector (both kx and ky) of a 3D photonic crystals by COMSOL Multiphysics?

I am working on simulation of a 3D photonic crystal system by using COMSOL Multiphysics. I have calculated a one-dimensional plot of the band diagram, i.e., frequency (f) vs wave vector (k). But I am not able to get the surface plot, i.e., frequency vs both kx and ky. Also, I want to calculate the transmission/reflection spectra for the same structure but am not able to get proper spectra.

Can anyone help me with this?
