Reconstitute IL-6 with 100mM acetic acid

I would like some advice regrading reconstitute IL6 with 100mM Acetic Acid.

As provided datasheet, ED50range = 0.008–0.02 ng/mL (Specific Activity:1.25 × 108–5.0 × 107units/mg), by Sigma Aldrich.

Kindly help me to reconstitute IL-6 for final volume needed 1mL at concentration of 100ug/mL. Providing some simple calculation may be so helpful. Thank you in advance.

Can you, please, give the Catalog # of your IL-6. I looked at Sigma-Aldrich website and

saw the Human ( 26 kDa protein) IL-6 to be reconstituted in water, from rat (mol wt ~21.7 kDa) - in HCL.
