Dear fellow researchers,
I want to stain TGF-B1 in the cells. I haven't done this in the past. If some has, can anyone recommend a good primary Ab company (tried and tested) with good specific binding for this protein with minimal noise? Looking for some recommendations. Thanks in advance.
Are you using freshly frozen or formalin-fixed/paraffin-embedded ()FFPE) tissue or cell line-derive pellet in your experiments. An answering to the question would be help me to recommend an antibody which works well without giving a significant background staining.
Hi Imam, I will be using cells seeded on cover slip or similar substrates and then fixed with paraformaldehyde.
