Dear Fellow Researchers,
I am working on the anodization process and for a brief period of time (3 minutes), I need to achieve and maintain the temperature of the solution (oxalic acid) between 10-15ºC. We have one of those chilled liquid circulation pipes to cool down the surrounding liquid but it takes a lot of time. I tried keeping the bottle in 4ºC fridge for a few hours to maintain the temperature but it drops very quickly when taken out at Room temperature (25ºC). Is there a quick fix or an alternative to this? Thanks in advance.

The pipes have a low heat exchange rate, you need to increase the area of contact, maybe using a radiator, more tubes... I recomend to use a plate type heat exchanger (see attached) whit some PEAD or teflon pump.

Thanks for the comment. I figured out an easier way to do this. I chill the liquid at 4ºC (fridge) for 2-3 hours and then pour it in my experimental chamber. I wait till the temperature comes to 13 degrees (measure using thermometer) and then start the experiment. That way the temperature remains close to 15 degrees (±2 degrees) and it works for me.
