Is it better to publish our research in a (paid) journal of a good publisher with good impact (by paying) or in a free journals with OA (low or no IF)? Which one is preferable (when both the journals are related to our field and well indexed)?
Hi, in general most people will at some point in an evaluation check the total amount of your IF. However, your citation Index is also important, and it is likely that an OA manuscript is going to be cited with more frequency. Why not check for OA with impact as e.g. in Plos or BMC series.

Hi Dr.Kumar, In my opinion, you could submit your manuscipts to some new journals which were sister journal of famous peer-reviewed journal. If you can find some journals which simultaneously has open access, that will be better.

I can recommend to submit manuscripts to professional peer-reviewed journal with higher impact and/or open access option. Please, consider scope and aims carefully and try to prepare manuscript well.
In my opinion, submitting our paper to internationally peer reviewed journals. Publishing paper with paying fees to the journal is doesn't mean that the journal is not good. Just have a look at the journals reputation and publications too and proceed.

Important thing is that journal must be of relevant field, peer-reviewed and preferably from scientific society.

If you would like to combine your ideas submit to OA journals with a decent IF (e.g. PLOS family). From the initial reviews you'll get an idea for which journals your paper is fitting well.
Dear Mr. Naveen Kumar, better you go for free Journal with low or no impact factor, Paid with impact may not gives you true weight for your research and finally your work will be judged by the scientific community by Citing your article if they found it as worthy....

1) to be patient to be able to tolerate and think of the others comments
2) to be polite to be able to answer the questions in a good manner
